The space

Stay at our fully renovated 3 bedroom / 2 bathroom Cottage located in the heart of Livingston Manor. It has all the key features and amenities you are looking for to enjoy your stay. 

Brand new open kitchen, separate dining room that opens up into the backyard, and spacious living-room with a cozy wood burning fireplace. 

Outdoor space - the beauty of being perched atop Shandelee Mountain are the wonderful views. We want to make sure you can take them in, so we have sliding doors that open up onto the deck and backyard. Plenty of space to lounge around, start a fire, and enjoy the peacefulness of the outdoors. 

If you want to cook a few meals at home, you will find a large open kitchen that is equipped with all the essentials. There is a dining table for 6.

The master bedroom has a Queen sized bed and an en-suite bathroom which is newly renovated with tilework throughout. 

The first guest bedroom is equipped with a Queen sized bed, reading chair, closet, and plenty of natural light. We also have a 3rd bedroom that has two twin size beds & a separate closet to store your belongings. Perfect to help accommodate a slightly larger group and make sure everyone is comfortable. 

All beds boast Sferra linens and we use only Sferra towels for your comfort!

The living area is well appointed with plenty of seating. There is a wood burning fireplace for times when you want to sit indoors and relax, and of course, we offer free WiFi for those who want to stay connected.

LOCATION

We are just minutes away from the quaint Main Street in Livingston Manor, where you can experience small town shopping, art galleries, cafes & restaurants, breweries and hiking trails. Don’t feel like driving? Head over to our neighbors at The Arnold House and work up an appetite on a walk through the private trail system, then hit the Tavern for dinner and drinks!
