In addition to our experience living in the area, we have taken our learnings from our hotels, rental properties, and countless interactions to structure and design our Homes.
We know the problem areas for houses in the region. We understand how important insulation is and how to build an energy efficient home. We think about septic and wells, and slope and grade. We watch the sun and make sure the deck will get enough exposure. We walk the house and create a window package that will highlight all the key features of the property and also give you privacy.
Our ultimate goal is to build a Home that is thoughtfully designed, has a sense of place, and meets the needs of its new homeowners.
