Fully renovated 2 bedroom + Loft / 2 bathroom Geodesic Dome House located in the heart of Livingston Manor - one of the most unique properties in the Catskills! Features a brand new full kitchen, living room with plenty of natural light & ample seating for at least 6 people, projector & TV upstairs in the loft when you want to relax indoors and catch up on streaming, and new bathrooms for your comfort.  

The house sits quietly on the top of Shandelee Mountain with sweeping views off the yard. There is a private deck where you can dine, complete with a propane BBQ. Enjoy a quintessential Catskill bonfire and take in the country air.

You’ll also find a large open kitchen that is equipped with all the essentials. There is a dining table for 4 and plenty of additional seating throughout the house. 

The house has 2 bedrooms with Queen size beds with Sferra linens, side tables and sitting chairs. We also have a futon bed upstairs in the Loft area. In addition, there are 2 brand new bathrooms 1 downstairs and 1 upstairs, complete with Sferra towels.

And of course, we offer free high-speed internet for those who want to stay connected and work remotely from the Catskills if you need to!

LOCATION

We are just up the hill from the town of Livingston Manor. In less than 5 minutes you can experience all the shops and cafes that Manor has to offer. Don’t feel like driving? You can take a quick stroll to our friends over at The Arnold House for dinner and drinks!

We provide an AC unit in the living spaces and fans in the bedroom. There is also baseboard heating throughout in the winter months.

We do not have a microwave - trying to stay as healthy as we can!

We do not typically stock the fridge with food or drink, however we will provide you with plenty of guidance for local food shopping and dining options. 

The entry way to the driveway is shared with two additional properties that we own. The Dome House is immediately to the right when you turn onto the driveway - we’re sure you won’t miss it!
